Frequently Asked Questions
It depends on the total voltage and watts of solar panels you choose. As long as the solar panels use MC4 connector and its voltage and current are under 11-100V, 13A max range.
When charging DELTA Max and its extra battery together, you can reach 3600W max charging speeds by combining any two methods of AC, solar and Smart Generator. For DELTA Max single unit, you can recharge it at standard wall outlets (1800W max), or combine AC and solar charging to reach max 2000W charging speeds.
When your portable power station is plugged into the wall, any electronics plugged into it are powered from the grid and not its battery. When power from the grid stops, as in a blackout, the power station automatically switches to battery power within 30ms.
DELTA Max is not water-resistant, so it should be kept away from liquids. Or if you’re looking for water-resistance solution, you can purchase the DELTA Max case to water-resistance protection.

Great product
I’ve been using the EcoFlow Delta Max for almost a month and use it daily. It’s a great product. I currently use it to power a portable AC. I got the bundle with the wave and patiently waiting for its arrival. I will be getting some of the accessories like the extra battery, solar panels and generator. The reason I went with the Delta max over the Pro is the weight. With the Pro weighing close to 100 pounds, the Max is easier to carry. I do wish it had wheels like the pro but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall I’m happy with the performance of this product.

Just What I was Looking for for Power Backup
Bought the Delta Max just recently to provide power to our freezers if a storm knocks out the power. This unit exceeded my expectations as it as very good build quality, is not heavy and can tucked away in the closet without taking up much room. It recharges quickly and is easy to use. I am planning on buying the Pro model very soon to use for extended outages.

Quality product!
I purchased the Delta Max 2000, and 2 of the 220w bifacial solar panels for emergency backup power when the electricity goes out. It will keep the refrigerator and deep freezer running so food doesn’t spoil. I charged it with with the home a/c outlet and have not used the solar panels yet. I plugged in the refrigerator and deep freezer and it has plenty of power to keep them running until it can be recharged with the solar panels. I believe this will be perfect though I haven’t tested the solar panels.

Max and 160W Solar
I ordered my DELTA Max as part of a bundle with the Wave air conditioner. I also purchased a 160 watt solar panel. I live in the south and am planning to use the Wave while camping to cool my tent in the evening. The solar panel will help recharge the Max during the day. I have not yet received the Wave, but I did get the Max and solar panel. I tested the solar panel and Max out today and everything worked as expected. So far, I am very pleased.

Peace of Mind!
I have had my Delta Max 2000 for several months. It is amazing!! It was able to power a TV, router, computer, and coffeemaker without a problem. I was surprised at how little power was drained. It was easy to charge and use. I am not mechanically minded but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Having the Delta Max gives me peace of mind regarding future power outages.

Super fast shipping and customer service is great. One charge lasted all weekend on its first camping trip. It’s not too heavy which is a plus. Great products for backup power!
Going into another hurricane season here in south Louisiana and I am ready for just about anything power wise. Delta Max 2000 with smart generator with a home made adapter to connect to my home transfer switch. The big game changer is the ability to power the house all night without having to run the generator. Last year after hurricane Ida, the problem was to run the generator at night you were advertising the fact that you had one and always had to worry it might get stolen. With the Delta max, it can be brought inside at night and kept safe while at the same time powering our lights, computers and refrigerator. With the smart generator, the engine only needs to run when the Delta max needs power, saving noise and more importantly gasoline. I also have two smaller Ecoflow units (river max and deta mini) that will keep power on to the computers and refrigerator while switching out the delta for another generator, or while moving it inside at night. I might add some solar in the future to save a little more on generator run time and gasoline. But, for this season I am pretty happy with what I have. In testing, on a cool enough day not to need the air-conditioning, the delta managed the whole house.. all the lights, refrigerator, tv, computers, even the microwave with ease. My wife didn’t even realize the house was being powered by a battery. Great products from Ecoflow.

The Best Power Station on the market !
I’m sharing my thoughts after using the power generator for a week- the product is kind of medium weight, it’s not as heavy as Delta Pro Max, it’s the perfect size and dimensions for me, and it covers all of my needs in my semi-truck. I purchased this product for my semi-truck and I can power pretty much everything in it- microwave, coffee machine, TV, toaster, fridge/refrigerator and portable AC (Eco Flow Wave- for which I’m waiting to arrive). When I stop for my 10-hour break at night I have enough power from Delta Max to use all of my appliances without running the truck, if the truck is running all night it will cost me around $50-$60 for fuel every night, thus this product is just perfect for every truck driver. I can charge the power station for hour and a half during the day while I’m working and then I can use it for the whole night.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT to everybody and especially to truck drivers as I am.

Peace of Mind...Perfect Home Energy Back-up!!
We live out in the boonies, and our power goes out quite often. I wanted solar for a while, but was sticker shocked at the price of whole house systems. When I saw this product on YouTube, I knew I had to have one for emergency back up.delta max was super easy, and now each morning I watch our panels charge the Delta Max…Ive been testing out how much it will run…refrigerators, freezers, TV’s, computers, just about everything (all at once) except the stove and water heater. The great thing is that you can also take this on the go…camping, power supply on a jobsite…and its QUIET…no gas fumes…no nosy generator!! There is an app available to change settings, and check on the status of the Delta Max…its easy to use and gives you all your info at your fingertips. I love it!!! Great Power Backup
With our power outage becoming more and more frequent, this battery helps me keep my most important items powered up. So when my power goes out, I can power my internet and wifi, tv, frig, and freezer. Of course if I plug in every item, the battery will deplete faster. So I will move the battery around to the items as needed. The nice feature of this battery is that I can add an auxiliary battery to it. Haven’t had another power outage lately. But I will be prepared for the next one!

It was very frustrating getting delivered from FedEx but finally after a week from when it was supposed to be delivered it arrived. It was a Christmas present for my husband. He loves it.
