Manufactures, suppliers, or publishers other than qualityinverters.co.za , may provide their own warranties to you. Please contact them for further information. 

Please note that the warranty period may vary according to local laws and regulations. Some countries, states, and provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty may last, so the limitation described above may not apply to you. You may have other rights from state to state, province, or country.

DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCTS UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. All EcoFlow products purchased on qualityinverters.co.za come with a limited warranty, as shown below. BY USING ECOFLOW PRODUCTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE ECOFLOW LIMITED WARRANTY.

We provide a limited warranty for purchases on qualityinverters.co.za. The warranty period started when the original purchaser received the products.

Warranty extension

You can extend the warranty for products purchased between January 1, 2022, and August 31, 2022, by registering on the official website on or before October 15, 2022.

Warranty cannot be extended for products purchased before January 1, 2022.

Customers who have purchased products on or after September 1, 2022 will enjoy the warranty period (with warranty extension) listed in the table above. Customers are advised to complete registration as early as possible.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not apply:

● Non-quality related issues;

● Purchases without valid proof of purchase;

● Items that have been refunded;

● Items that have expired their warranty period;

● Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;

● Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes;

● Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;

● Lost or stolen products;

● Free products.

Cross-Regional After-Sales Service

· Ecoflow does not provide global warranty with respect to products, and warranty service can only be obtained at a designated EcoFlow repair center.

· To repair the product in a EcoFlow repair center when the product was purchased in another region, depending on part availability, customers can obtain cross-regional repair service at an additional charge. (Some products do not support cross-regional repair even if the customer is willing to pay the service. For more details, please contact EcoFlow Support.)

· Cross-regional replacement service is not available for different versions of the same product.

· The customer will need to bear customs duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other costs incurred due to cross-regional repair, regardless of whether it is the warranty repair service or paid repair service provided.

 

Valid Proof of Purchase

  • A purchase order number made through qualityinverters.co.za ;Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.

Warranty Registration

Return Material Authorization (RMA) process

If your item is eligible for an EcoFlow Warranty, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please follow the instructions provided by Quality Inverters Support to properly pack the products and return them safely.

Please note that we can only provide return shipping labels for return packages in South Africa . For returns in other countries and areas, please contact Quality Inverters Support at support@qualityinverters.co.za for more details.

Replacement 

In case of replacement, delivery of the replacement item will be arranged within 15 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming that the defective item has been received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.

The replacement warranty will be covered by a period equal to the remaining warranty period of the original item.

Dynatein Rechargeable LifePO4 Battery Fan (14 inch)

 ONE (1) Year Limited Warranty

All Dynatein rechargeable products are warranted for a period of one (1) year for defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser. In order to initiate this warranty, the Product Registration Form must be completed and sent to Dynatein customer care, along with a copy of the purchase invoice, within 30 days of purchase.

In General: If a Dynatein product fails because of defect in material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance within one year from date of purchase, we will, at our option and after inspection, repair or replace the defective product.

About your Warranty: Fan products, like all mechanical devices, need periodic parts and service to perform well. Normal use and service means not to operate in excess of recommended maximum speeds, pressures, temperatures or using fluids not recommended or compatible with component materials.

This warranty does not apply to any component which has been repaired or altered to affect the performance or reliability of the product. Similarly, the warranty is void if the 3D hologram sticker has been removed or if the equipment has been altered or modified.

Dynatein does not warranty components due to normal wear including nozzles, pumps, motors, and seals. Dynatein does not warranty components due to misuse, abuse, neglect or improper maintenance, shipping, handling, warehousing or improper installation. This warranty excludes wear items such as water filters, spray nozzles, or pumps that have been run without water supplied; damage or malfunctions resulting from accidents, abuse, modifications, alterations, or improper servicing or freezing or chemical deteriorations. This warranty excludes failures due to acts of God and other force majeure events beyond the manufacturer’s control.

Dynatein is not responsible for the removal and shipping of the system to Dynatein, the reinstallation of the product upon its return to the customer, or any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the defect, removal, reinstallation, or shipment of the product.

Claims: All warranty claims must be submitted to Dynatein prior to the expiration of the warranty period. Dynatein will repair or replace any part of the fan product that is defective in material or workmanship. In order to initiate this warranty, the Product Registration Form must be completed and sent to Dynatein, along with copy of original purchase invoice, within 30 days of purchase. Transportation charges on the product submitted for warranty must be borne by the purchaser. For warranty service, call Dynatein for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Products shipped collect or without an RGA number will not be accepted.

If Dynatein determines that the problem with the product is not due to defects in workmanship or materials, the customer will be responsible for the cost of any repairs and any freight expense to return the product to the customer.
If the product is covered by this manufacturer’s warranty, then Dynatein will pay the freight to send the product back to the customer within the borders of South Africa.

No Other Warranties and Liability Limitation: This limited Warranty and Policy represents Dynatein’s sole and exclusive warranty obligation with respect to Dynatein products. Dynatein’s liability to a customer or any other person shall not exceed the purchase price of the Dynatein product. Dynatein disclaims all other expressed and implied Warranties including the implied Warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.

There is no other express warranty. Any and all implied warranties are excluded. Liability for incidental or consequential damages are excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
